It will be interesting to see the actual "spy" process and exactly who the people will be that participate as "spies", what their responsibilities & duties are, what they specifically can NOT do, what protections THEY have regarding being sued or not, what protections and sue possibilities the "victims" have that have been "spied" upon, etc. Knowing how screwed up the government is and how they run every one of their agencies, I can see some of these "hired" people playing a great role as criminals themselves [like the so-called airport security people with felon records, no education, can't make intelligent decisions, & like the FBI and agencies that have traitors of all sorts in their ranksetc. etc.]. It is frightening to say the least.

It is one thing for an individual citizen to report, for example, to the police that a car or person has been stalking the neighborhood [to case the joint, or to look for young children to abuse, etc.], but it is another story altogether, to get into peoples' mail, telephone conversations, into their home, their finances, their daily schedules, etc. Now, for example, if the postal people who sort maiil can take the time to see if envelopes have anthrax in it, etc. [aren't there machines or dogs to do this?], what will they do..open up mail & read it, put the name in a computer as suspicious, etc.? How will the employee determine whether a sealed envelope has anything "dangerous" in it? What would be considered "dangerous"? Who makes that judgement?

When our government makes these statements about their plans, they seem to have no idea how they are to proceed, or if they do have some organizational skills, etc., they do not put that info out there so people can see that they know what they are doing. So tired of ineptness on the part of this administration.....who knowswhat it wants.......to rule and keep all the money.......but they don't have a clue about the average citizen and his/her distrust of their facist plans.
